The Download Manager checks the file size and integrity of each file you download. It will automatically retry a download that is corrupt or incomplete. If you experience problems, you may alternatively download files manually by clicking the Manual Download link before the Download Manager launches. If you continue to have problems, please create a ticket above. Each show is available for 48 hours from the time you start.
