The initial batch of barcodes we received was for all the initial Ticketmaster sales and Phish Lottery pre-sales. Each venue sends us an additional batch of barcodes usually the day after the show. The 2nd batch should include any tickets sold after the first batch - up to last minute releases and will call sales before the show. The 2nd batch usually arrives the morning after the show. Please try again in the afternoon on the day after the show and if it still does not work reply with the date and code.
Only Phish concert tickets since Fall 2010 have a unique barcode redeemable for a free MP3 download.
Festival tickets where Phish performed including Bonnaroo, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Lockn', etc. are not valid for free Phish downloads
Phish side projects (like Trey Anastasio Band, Mike Gordon & Vida Blue) do not offer barcode redemption with their tickets. If your ticket includes barcode redemption it will be noted at the time of purchase and/or on your ticket.
